   I have been given this from my friend who is from Sri Lanka. And ever since, whenever I have head ache this works the best. I sleep with the balm on then next morning my head ache is gone.

   I have been using this balm since visiting Sri Lanka over 15 years ago....I use it for muscular aches and pains, and also as a wonderful way to clear my head.
