We are looking for a dynamic result oriented, self-motivated, competent individual to join our Laboratory team

Research Officer



The Role

  • Involves in new and existing product development activities and documentation of relevant data
  • Work on specific research projects with range of different research methodologies
  • Implementation of new test methods such as assays etc. and development of existing test methods
  • Implementing process controls and test methods for assessing reliability and reproducibility according to the international standards
  • Maintaining and certifying lab equipment performance according to QA procedures.
  • Ensure staff compliance
  • Budgeting research projects, and sourcing new laboratory equipment
  • Maintaining lab reports
  • Writing of project proposals for external grants, International journals, Poster presentation

The Person

  • B.Sc. Degree from a recognized university or Institute specialized in Chemistry
  • MSc or MPhil in Natural Science or Chemistry would be an added advantage
  • 5-7 Years hands on experience in laboratory environment and at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Exposure in Quality Assurance field will be a definite advantage
  • Should be able to work in a state of art laboratory with modern equipment

Requirements

  • BSc special degree in Chemistry from a recognized university
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • 2-3 years working experience

  • Computer literacy with good command in MS office applications and proficiency in English

Botanist

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Sc special degree in Botany from a recognized university
  • Able to plan and conduct researches on medicinal plants, analyze and make predictions based on the findings

Chemist

Qualification & Experience

Food Technician

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma in food technology from a recognized institute.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science specialized in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management / National Diploma in Technology specialized in Mechanical, Chemical / NVQ Level 7 equivalent qualification.
  • The prime responsibility would be meeting strict production targets and ensuring high productivity and quality standards.

Microbiologist / Junior Microbiologist

Qualification & Experience

  • Good knowledge in Microbiology analyze and make predictions based on the findings.

Qualification & Experience

  • Degree /Diploma from a recognized university/Institute in Business Administration
  • A degree in Law or attorney at law will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity

Responsibilities

  • Up to date on applicable laws and directives issued by organization such as Department of Ayuveda, CAA, CEA and communicate with relevant parties.
  • Review, Create, modify and update company policies as per government regulations and directives.
  • Liaise with sectional heads to ensure that all business operation are in line with company policies, procedures and comply with government acts and regulation.
  • Coordinate with external Institutions and ensure timely renewal of permits and licenses.
  • Provide regular reports to the top management detailing current status of compliances.
  • Advice management on new regulations / revisions of regulations.
  • Responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business and ensure company is adhering with legal standards and internal policies

  • NDT Specialized in Chemical Engineering Technology.
  • Minimum one year experience in handling waste water treatment plant and boiler treatment.
  • Diploma in Quality Management is an added advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Management System including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and ISO 45001 (OSHAS) will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent Analytical and Interpersonal skills.
